Our group of friends had a blast! We explored the Mexican Professional Baseball Hall of Fame and the Museo del Vidrio. Plenty of entertainment venues and a lively nightlife. The location was super convenient, and the comfy rooms added to the experience.

We did find the limited dining options on-site a bit inconvenient, especially late at night.

Despite my lack of Spanish language skills, they were patient and accommodating, assisting me with various tasks and even making phone calls on my behalf. The hotel's great location near the central bus station and metro made it convenient to explore the city and travel to other destinations. this place is safe, clean, and offers enhanced comfort for a reasonable price.

Nothing everything was great.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the bus station and right next to the metro. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore different areas. Additionally, there are stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for guests.

The breakfast included with the room was only bread and coffee. Guests had to pay extra for the buffet, which was misleading and annoying.

The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the largest subway station in Latin America. Not to mention, the rooms were clean, the shower had hot water, and the A/C worked perfectly. The staff may not have been fluent in English, but they were accommodating and even allowed me to check out late. I highly recommend this hotel.
